Crafty Little Moment is a UK-based handmade gift business. By placing an order on our website (craftylittlemoment.com) you agree to the terms set out on this page.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card is charged at the time of order.

Many of our products are personalised to your specification. Please double-check all wording, names, and dates before submitting your order — we make items exactly as instructed.

Because personalised items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.

Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Bobo Balloons: due to the delicate nature of these products, any fault or damage must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery. Reports must include clear photographic evidence of the fault. We are unable to process claims for Bobo Balloons reported outside this window.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Crafty Little Moment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. payment processing, delivery).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafty Little Moment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
