Delivery Information

Our balloons are shipped via DHL next day tracked delivery. We understand how important your event date is and will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time.

Once your order is in the hands of our courier, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or logistical issues beyond our control.

All balloons are inflated 48 hours prior to dispatch to spot-check for faults. Whilst we take every precaution to ensure your balloons last throughout your event, once they are in your possession they become your responsibility.

After spot-checking, we carefully package each balloon in layers of bubble wrap and place it inside a double-walled cardboard box to ensure safe arrival.

Please do not open your parcel with scissors or any sharp object — this can cause your balloon to burst.

If clothing or baby items are placed inside balloons, we will need to add fishing wire or 260 balloons to secure them. Without this, items may become loose and balloons may burst.

If your parcel becomes lost during shipping and this is confirmed by our courier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Each balloon will arrive with aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to read and follow these instructions to ensure maximum longevity.

Due to the delicate nature of Bobo Balloons, any fault or damage must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery. Your report must include clear photographic evidence of the fault.

We are unable to process claims for Bobo Balloons reported outside this 12-hour window. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

All non-balloon items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.

Current processing time is 1–14 days. If you have a special event or a specific date you need your order by, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
